About Us
The Evolution
Started as a freelancing project with the idea of helping companies with smaller teams and solopreneurs to solve problems related to human resources in their companies. It began by putting the founders’ experience to solve big problems of small teams and achieved different milestones in a quest of achieving the vision that every company must have an HR department.
The Perspective
She understood the importance of this department in every organisation for its growth. She dared to challenge the myth of HR being a back office department and is always considered as a cost centre. Her vision and efforts and persistent approach helped many companies change their perspective of this department and converted it to a profit centre.
Scaling Up
The journey started with a couple of advisory and virtual HR process services and consulting & now being able to proudly offer a range of services to suit the budget and requirement of every company even if it is a one man army.
